  • Where is my order?
    Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date. Possible reasons for late delivery include the following: * Incorrect address * Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number * Severe weather conditions * Holiday season The recommended actions are: 1. Track your package and confirm estimated delivery date in Your Orders. 2. Confirm your shipping address in Your Orders. To avoid delivery problems, keep your address information up to date and add delivery instructions to Your Addresses. 3. Check payment processing in Your Orders. 4. Wait 48 hours to allow for unexpected delays.
  • Are refurbished products of good quality and performance?
    Our refurbished products: • Are inspected to ensure proper functionality. • Includes all required accessories. • Includes a minimum One Year warranty, with a few exceptions which will be specified on the product page, laptop batteries, apple products, tablets & all monitors have limited 90 day warranty. • May have cosmetic imperfections, such as a scratch on the body of the product (but not on the screen). Any possible cosmetic imperfection won't affect the functionality of the product. • May be eligible for return. See the Return Policy tab for return details.
  • What do I do if there as an issue with my product?
    The CyberX Wholesale Ltd. warranty will cover all costs related to parts and labor that are associated with in-house repair of defective hardware. Accidental damage is not covered. This warranty only applies to customers within Canada and the continental United States (No warranty available for Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico). Products may not be returned for credit or refunds. We highly recommend that you retain the box and packaging materials the unit cvomes in should you need to ship the unit back for any warranty needs. Computers shipped back to CyberX Wholesale with inadeuate packaging are deemed potentiallu damaged and may restrict any and all future warranty support for that computer or laptop. CyberX Wholesale will not provide reimbursements for unauthorized third-party repairs. Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging. Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost. TO REQUEST A RETURN Please contact us from your Order details page, and provide the following information: * Web ID (8-digit number) & product description * Number of items to be returned * Date you received your product * Condition of product * Condition of packaging * Reason for return All refunds will be processed within 4 Business Days.
  • What is the shipping policy?
    Shipping costs are dependent on your order and your shipping location. Add the product to your cart to get your shipping estimate. **In the event that product is unavailable, you will be refunded within 48 business hours. DELIVERY METHOD Product will be delivered outside your home for all shipping areas. Recycling of your old item(s) is not included with delivery. Assembly of the delivered product is not included. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
