WARRANTY

CyberX Wholesale Ltd. will provide standard One Year of Warranty support beginning on the original purchase date for Laptops and Desktops, with a few exceptions which will be specified on the product page. Laptop batteries, Apple products, tablets & all monitors have a limited 90 Day Warranty.

CyberX Wholesale Ltd. Warranty will cover all costs related to parts and labor that are associated with the in-house repair of defective hardware. Accidental damage is not covered. This Warranty only applies to customers within Canada and the continental United States (No warranty available for Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico). Products may not be returned for credit or refunds. We highly recommend that you retain the box and packing materials the unit comes in should you need to ship the unit back for any Warranty needs. Computers shipped to CyberX Wholesale Ltd. with inadequate packaging are deemed potentially damaged and may restrict any and all future Warranty support for that computer. CyberX Wholesale Ltd. will not provide reimbursements for unauthorized third-party repairs.

Any parts or upgrades installed by the customer which were not included with the computer at the time of purchase must be removed prior to returning to CyberX Wholesale Ltd. If any such unauthorized third-party parts are returned with a computer for Warranty service, CyberX Wholesale Ltd. will not be responsible for replacing or repairing these parts if they are lost, damaged, or defective.

CyberX Wholesale Ltd. is not responsible for any user data on any computer being returned for Warranty service. In the event that user data is lost, CyberX Wholesale Ltd. will not be liable in any way. It is the responsibility of the user to make regular backups of important data. The CyberX Wholesale Ltd. Warranty will apply only to machines purchased for your use and cannot be transferred.

Please keep in mind CyberX Wholesale Ltd. will not accept returns to our warehouse without approval. You will need to be issued an RMA # and a shipping label (which will be sent to you electronically) prior to sending the product back for refund or products that are under Warranty for repairs.

Any damages must be reported within 14 Days of receiving the unit or it may not be returned or refunded.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item or a refund for any reason, you can, provided you return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product has to be returned in the condition you received it in and in its original packaging. Unless the product is defective (as determined at CyberX Wholesale Ltd.'s sole discretion) the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price. If the product is missing items that were originally shipped with it or in a different condition than shipped, the return may be rejected and no refund given.

The return shipping to all customers within Provinces of Canada is free excluding, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and the Yukon, where the original shipping fees charged when the order was placed are non-refundable. A pre-paid return shipping label will be electronically sent to you from either UPS or Canada Post that you will need to affix to your shipment and you will need to drop it off at your corresponding local postal office for delivery. It will contain your RMA # on it but you should also write this RMA # on the boxes you are returning.

The manner of refund will be returned to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

Please have a copy of your emailed receipt (as you may be asked for it) along with knowing your Order #, Date of Purchase, SKU # and Serial # on the product.

Product will be inspected upon receiving it prior to doing any Warranty repair or a processed refund takes place. This process can take 3-5 business days and may extend during certain periods of the year.  Any refunds that CyberX Wholesale Ltd. may issue against Credit Cards can take on average 5-7 business days to post however, depending on your banking institution may be subject to longer.  Please follow up with your payment card issuer in the case of any concerns or understanding their timing.

CANCELLATIONS

Requests for order cancellations must be received by CyberX Wholesale Ltd. within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding Weekends and Holidays) for CyberX Wholesale Ltd. to use best efforts to action the cancellation request.

Please keep in mind all cancellations are requests and are not guaranteed. If communicated outside of 24 hours, we may not be able to process the cancellation. In which case, the product will have to be treated as a return and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Any refunds that CyberX Wholesale Ltd. may issue against Credit Cards can take on average 5-7 business days to post however, may be subject to longer depending on your banking institution. Please follow up with your payment card issuer in the case of any concerns or understanding their timing.

Please note that we are unable to edit any orders once placed. If an error is made on your order, it will require a cancellation request.

CyberX Wholesale Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to; out of stock, pricing errors and suspected fraudulent attempts. CyberX Wholesale Ltd. will do our best to communicate any cancellations with you where deemed appropriate.
